Senior Project Manager - Furniture

About the Role

As a Senior Account/Project Manager with Outfit you will work with clients, and designers to execute noteworthy office design while simultaneously providing exemplary customer service. You will be required to manage multiple projects simultaneously from start to finish, starting with determining the scope of the project and setting a project budget. In addition you will be required to:

  • Manage, place, and track all orders 
  • Produce weekly project updates
  • Attend site meetings and perform necessary on site coordination
  • Execute a punch list
  • At times, you may also be asked to specify furniture for the end user

About You

Proactive, personable, and detail oriented, you are equally comfortable interacting with clients as you are managing the furniture procurement and install process from start to finish.  You have excellent organizational skills, and are able to communicate clearly with your clients and your team. You understand that a beautifully designed space is only half of a successful project, and the other half lies in flawless execution and customer service. In addition, you are skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously, and are eager to work at a company that provides many opportunities for growth.


  • 8+ years of experience as an account/project manager or designer role at a contract furniture dealership
  • AAS Degree or better
  • Proficient in CAP 2020 or CET Designer (or similar specification program)
  • Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets
  • General knowledge of interior construction standards and practices as it pertains to furniture and millwork installation
  • Extremely detail oriented with a proven track record of completing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to effectively prioritize several competing initiatives
