About the Role

Our business is rapidly expanding and we are looking for a tenacious SaaS salesperson to join our team in NYC.  As our first Director, Enterprise Sales, you will be responsible for driving, closing and growing new software business across our enterprise client base. Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets. This is a high-revenue producing role with the ability to make a significant impact at our fast-growing company.

About You

You are a strategic, motivated seller with a proven track record of success. You are experienced in selling SaaS solutions and have a deep passion and understanding of the commercial real estate industry. You are a strong, persuasive communicator. You are laser focused on the details and can navigate all stages of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing. We’re looking for someone who is excited grow our business and make a significant impact at a fast-growing start-up.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience; Commercial Real Estate experience strongly preferred
  • BA/BS degree required
  • Proven track record of sales success; history of carrying and exceeding your quota
  • Ability and desire to own all stages of the sales process from prospecting to closing
  • Excellent presentation, communication and relationship management skills
  • Highly analytical with a relentless attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to effectively prioritize several competing initiatives
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high growth start-up environment
  • Self-starter with ability to work autonomously
