About the Role
As Workframe’s first Marketing hire, you will lead the creation and execution of our marketing strategy from the ground up, build awareness of Workframe and drive user growth across all channels. You will report directly to the Chief Product Officer. The Marketing Manager will plan and oversee the execution of all web, SEO/SEM, social media and display campaigns while rigorously measuring and optimizing performance against our goals. You will manage A/B tests and translate results into actionable insights. The Marketing Manager will set acquisition and COA targets, manage our budget and continually monitor and report on progress. As our sole Marketing hire, you will own all of Workframe’s marketing, which may occasionally require you to drive other marketing initiatives, such as event activations, etc.
You are a performance marketer to the core. You are results-driven, data-oriented, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize, with a proven track record of running highly targeted paid marketing campaigns. You understand the end to end funnel and are laser-focused on widening the funnel and optimizing conversion as you go. You have experience managing a marketing budget and are comfortable leveraging data to tell the marketing story and inform decisions.
